Had the same problem just make a back up of your save then in save editor click add all unlocks then hit copy then open your old save in note pad or whatever you use then delete all text and replace it with the new text and remember to save

I did everything as same as you but the game file keeps replace my original save. So I can't change anything. Any way to solve this?

You can try instead of replacing the save file, to replace the text in the file with text copied from the save editor. That way works sometimes

Yes it does. The userdata folder location doesn't change.
