- Technicians inspect the site where a major television tower was toppled in Ukraine's war-battered city of Kharkiv following bombardments from Russia forces. An AFP journalist in Ukraine's second-largest city saw the red-and-white spire of the 240-metre structure toppled after local officials reported a barrage by Russian forces.

@@jdawg8487 Ukraine doesn't recognise Kosovo officially due to concern about implications about Crimea etc territorial integrity Vs self determination, in practice Ukraine is quite supportive of Kosovo
