Luminous powder is a setting powder like the hourglass and is meant to be used as setting powder. I actually use the shade brighten up for under my eyes and the shade dew me for all over.

The rebel edge brush set from real techniques ( the smallest one) is really good to use for target areas if you don’t want to buy the j03 brush for the beaming highlight. That’s what I use and it works really good

Yes I love for target areas. I’m so glad you got the shade carates. I ordered dew me and they sent the wrong shade. I’m in my winter shade but I’m your color when I’m self tan and since it works for I know it’ll work for me now. Her return policy sucks. I would have to pay for the shipping to exchange it for the right shade then pay to have the correct shade sent to me.
