Ever had shorts too loose around the waist but fit right every where else and no belt? You could use a padlock and lock the two front belt loops to gether. I some times do this myself. Just make sure ther is a key before locking the shorts on or you could be stuck with them. You can lend a padlock to someone willing to try this and keep the shorts locked making the person do any thing you want to be freed, I once let a friend lock my shorts with a dial combination lock while helping with yard work. We were just having a little fun and I was pretending I was her slave. I knew I couldn't get the shorts off but it was fun and made the work seem like it went faster.
