There must have been a great sale on bright pink paint in 1962....😂. Not sure about your renovation cost there Aiden, I think 70,000 is a bit under. Roof obviously needs a lot of repair and it's under a terrace, that won't be cheap. 😮How many square meters was this property?
Wow, very unique floor plan for a home in a centro storico. The entryway and staircase are wonderful. This looks like it will be stunning when fixed up. I'd put a Rocket stove at the bottom of the stairs so the heat could float up.
BTW my random dream last night had me on a boat on a lake with you and Aden. Maybe I watch too many Rossini. Videos before bed 😂😂😂

I like this home. The rooms are quite large for an in-town property. It will definitely be worth the cost of renovation as long as the roof isn't too far gone and will only need repairs instead of replacing. The back bedroom without a window would make a great office, I'm thinking. I agree that the wall between the kitchen and living/dining area needs to come down. I would have an island in it's place with stools. I wonder how expensive it would be to have a small balcony added to that room, even if it is just french doors with a Juliette balcony. The staircase to the first floor is gorgeous and will be the focal point of the entrance. Another bonus is this home is in a quiet dead end street, so very little traffic. I really can see the possibilities in this. Great find!

The house is nice. It has a lot of potential and needs a lot of work to be done. The rooms are very spacious which is good. The tiles on the second floor is beautiful it has a lot of character. I like that it has toilet on the ground floor. It would be nice if the wall in the kitchen is possible to tear down so it make more open area. It needs a new paint of course because that pink is screaming 😂 over all nice house plus its within the historical town 👍
