Tomato ( തക്കാളി ) - 1 (M)
Shallots ( ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി ) - 150 g or 25 Nos
Water ( വെള്ളം ) - 2 Tbsp + 1/4 cup
Mustard seeds ( കടുക് ) - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds ( ഉലുവ ) - 1/4 tsp
Garlic ( വെളുത്തുള്ളി ) - 1 Tbsp
Ginger ( ഇഞ്ചി ) - 1/2 Tbsp
Curry leaves ( കറിവേപ്പില ) - 6 Nos
Dry red chillies ( വറ്റൽ മുളക് ) - 3 Nos
Green chilli ( പച്ചമുളക് ) - 3 Nos
Red chilli powder ( മുളക് പൊടി ) - 2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder ( കാശ്മീരി മുളക് പൊടി ) - 2 Tbsp
