I have put a key cover on my 2024 seltos HTX IVT key.
If car key battery is low and want to start car.
Then if I touch key with push start stop button (key cover on)
Will car start?

Aur bhi ek feature hai Boot open karne liye key use karneki jarurat nahi hai bas key jeb me rakho boot ke pas jatehi boot automatically unlock hojata hai. Hamare hat me saman hota hai isliye ye badiya feature diya gaya hai. Mere pas bhi yahi car hai.

Brother I have install chrom but now I want to remove does it will effect the body part if we take out the chrom??
If you have installed chrome from dealership, then body paint will not be affected.
I have bought Kia Seltos HTX+ on April 2021. And I was an experienced driver with over 20 years of driving experience with many cars (some of 150000 KM Cars also). As of date, the vehicle has run only about 28000 KM. On 7 Jan 2023. I was traveling from my home to city. It was only 1 KM traffic, suddenly smoke started to come out from the bonnet. My family And I was scared that the vehicle would catch fire. I contacted KIA Care and they sent tow vehicle.
After two days On the 9 Jan 2023 I was informed that the Clutch was burnt out due to wear and tear, it is not covered in the warranty, that such wear and tear could have been due to acceleration without properly disengaging the clutch.
It was horrible for me while I have 20 years experience. A more probable cause for the clutch being completely worn out could have been that there was a manufacturing defect in the car.
In the end, I was covered to pay close to 31k as I have a lot of work.
But Still it's not over yet.
On 12 Jan 2023, Next day of changing the clutch and pressure plate. The car was again Suddenly went off (in midway.) I was Surprised and very disappointed with the car. Immediately call to Kia Service center and they tow again to service center.

Actually we are planning to get a new car and are confused between creta and seltos.. would u please guide which one to buy and why? And also is creta bigger than seltos? Though the dimensions say the opposite but it seems like creta is bigger.. kindly reply
Yes these features are available in Creta too.
Dimension wise, Kia Seltos is slightly bigger and you’ll notice it when you keep both the cars side by side.
If you want to go for the top model, then go for Creta SX(O). Otherwise you can choose Seltos till the HTX variant.

I know i’m already late by an year, but need some serious suggestion..i’m planning for a new car, hell bent for sonet gtx+ 7DCT..since u r driving seltos already, will it be a wise option for seltos htx ivt 1.5 petrol ? I knw i will lose some “not so important” features like, ventilated seats, black interior, transmission will be diff, Bose speakers, etc.. sonet gtx+ 7dct on road in Bangalore = 17.29 lacs vs seltos ivt = 20.12 lacs..is 2.5/3 lacs increase justifiable apart from the fact i will have increased boot space (sonet boot space is okay for me), good shoulder space in the 2nd row(though very doubtful how many times i will have rear passengers) 😅
If space is a priority for you, then you should opt for Seltos. Otherwise, Sonet is just fine.

I have the htk plus iMT petrol version but that auto start by pressing the hold button isn't working for me i don't know why. Do you know what's the reason? I have kept it in netural and even whatever you said related to the handbrake...it's a brand new car as well and not even a month over
You can check the handbrake position once again

Both side request sensor s nahi dete for safety.. varna aap driver side khade hai aur koi aur passenger side se car khol ke kuch chori kar skata hai...

Here is tip even if the car is locked you can open the boot if you have the key in your pocket

It will not start... You have to put it in either park or neutral with hand breaks on..
