I actually find you to be the only one who got the point of ASMR eating shows. And the fact that she's not faking it, eating like a human being makes me want to keep watching it.
Don't worry about them Eri, if you have seen some mukbanger around , it's just like a job to them, after they finished, goodbye. But you only consumed what you can and we can see in your face that you have enjoyed the food and satisfied and happy. I'm a fan and like your attitude in life.😊
If u let your stomach till the point of growling it s quite blatant that the amount of food u will need next is gonna double. So at that point you will turn on the camera and to us it would seem a lot but it isn t considering the fact that meanwhile you have been pushing too hard from resisting to food

I think that it´s perfectly fine, if this eating style suits you, you do you. The best way to fuel your body though, is eating smaller meals. You put a lot of stress on your digestive system, when you eat large meals in one sitting. It´s not the best way to fuel your body, to overload it with food. You have no problems eating this way, because you are thin, and you move a lot.This diet and these quantities, would be a problem for most other people though.
I find all your stories, explanations, and general advice so helpful. They honestly make me feel better about myself and my choices because you’re right when you say it’s okay to do things your own way. I started watching your videos for the calm and entertainment but I’ve staid for your outlook and commentary. It’s beautiful and refreshing and honest. And I would love to hear more.
I love you and what you have to say. I’ve been struggling with eating disorders all my life (anorexia, bulimia anddd binge eating disorder-that’s why I’m obese today) and your videos are helping me recover from all of those disorders. Thank you ❤😊

I think when people talk and say why aren't you fat is because they are mad that you do what you love and it doesn't affect how you look. I struggle with body Weight I go up and down.. I noticed that I agree with you explaining to others is a waste of time because people will think of you what they want.. I think they just assume you have riches and your lucky. But I think they are just looking at you from a superficial view.
People are brainwashed into thinkng that they are to eat 3 meals a day! Its preposterous. I eat only when im hungry, some days im not, so i dont eat. When i am hungry i eat whatever and how much of what im craving. What others do is IRRELEVANT💙
I eat three meals a day and I agree , my father either skips dinner or he skips lunch and he's fine As long you don't starve to death or overeat t'ill the point of throwing up , you are fine 👌
I agree in principal and yes it's important to listen to your body, but do you not ever get low blood sugar episodes if you haven't eaten for a while? I worry sometimes that people who eat all their days food at once are setting themselves up for some insulin resistance problems in later life, because eating regularly throughout the day does keep your blood sugar levels more regulated. It's not something people would normally worry much about and again you know your body best, but when you or someone you're close to has had diabetes then it's something that becomes hard to forget! Not trying to start an argument or anything here by the way, just genuine curiosity.

Im so glad you eat intuitively now. I remember your story about when you were working out hard core and meal prepping and howyou werent likimg your physique. Now you eat intuitively and you are happy with your health and physique. And you look great and super healthy and happy. Loved your desert island theory! Youll always have jealous ppl and critics I guess. But youre strong minded and you just follow your instincts. Ive had an ED forever and you DO help people like me. Eating intuitively is different than eating to survive or eating nothing for a day. Dont expect to get help from these people doing mukbangs, find experts on their field and you will find much better help

I also only eat when I'm hungry. But I plan my meals to have a starch, a protein, a fat and twice the veg. I want to believe that this is how you eat on a normal day as well. But the way you answered the question did not support this assumption. You need nutrients. I choose a balanced meal over two full meals of also only starch and fat any time of the day. The human body craves sugar (which is found in starchy food) and fat when deprived of its nutrients. This is binging and not listening to your body aka intuitive eating. Would you practice intuitive eating you would want veg and whole foods, not overeating on fat, bc that's where the nutrients are. Learn about those and you can read by what unhealthy stuff you're craving what your body actually is asking for.

I love your attitude towards food and eating. I have had a life long guilt relationship with food, which I think was all influence by the main stream attitude toward diet. I would love to hear more of your thoughts on this if you fell inclined to share.
Actually I'll tell you my story.. My depression led me to overeating... I started having stomach issues.. then I tried and balanced my diet. As you said once.. to listen to my body and give it what it needs. Balacing between healthy meals and cheat snacks. And yeah my past led me to believe to never waste food so I don't skip any meal. But I take something lighter when I don't feel lie eating. Like a bowl of yogurt or bananas, etc.
I think I said it before, but you and i have the same eating habits. My natural fasting time (unless i don't eating enough in the first place, otherwise it's14h) is 18h, almost always on the dot. Society dictates that I'm supposed to eat three times a day, but it's not how i work. I'm simply NOT hungry. You're actually the first person I've seen who's like me (i call it a Paleolithic metabolism because i sleep a lot, eat a lot in one setting, then am very active the rest of the time). People are always baffled by the amount of food i eat and never understand how they never see me eat. I did battle with ed before for other reasons (as you did) so it's always bothering to hear the same remarks over and over again. But i keep telling people : know yourself, know how your body works. Some people need 6 tiny meals a day. Some only need a big fat one. We're all different.
i was going through this shitty phase just a few months ago.. which was really damaging both physically n mentally. which was me trying to resist myself from eating whenever i want or just because i love food.. don't think this is something to be ashamed of something that you should resist yourself from, even tho i still have those thoughts in a corner of my brain i'm doing okay with knowing that my brain and body needs food to be energized and work like a normal human being. it's actually something kind of scary or disturbing to say for me but.. i don't know it might be silly to say that but idk your story reminded be what i'm feeling about this lol
