- Hi guys,
After seeing a trailer for the new live action Beauty and the Beast on the big screen, I just had to do this. You have all been asking for another mixed media box set, so this was the perfect opportunity for that.
I love doing portrait designs because I feel that it tests my skills more than any other style.
If you know the proper name for the glass dome over the rose, comment below with it, because we cannot remember it.

There is a subtle difference between 'magical' and 'enchanted'. Something that is magical contains magic of itself - like a unicorn, or a leprechaun or something. Something enchanted has had magic put on/in it. Like the rose (which was just a rose until a spell was put on it). So, a magical experience (because the experience itself felt like it contained magical) vs. an enchanted evening (where it feels like a spell was cast).

Don't be upset by some comments. Everyone has their own taste and you need to chalk it up to that. I love it. It reminds me of Helena Bonham Carter as the queen of hearts. I think the proportion suits the canvas perfectly. It allows the figure to fit within the frame and yet allows enough room for detail. :)
