okay, i wanna say that i'm so DISSAPOINTED with the final season and i hope that there is another season, because the final of the chapter SUCKS!
And either way, Karma DOESN'T DESERVE AMY!

OMMG I agreeeee! God the ending made me angry but it also makes me want to see what happens next. Karma did get karma, lies never ends well.

I loved the ending, only because it was so devastating and had me tearing up. The chemistry between Katie Stevens and Rita Volk is amazing, and I am so excited to see how next season plays out.

Amy's confession broke my heart -- I've been there. can't wait for season 2. great fanvid, and I love the song, I never heard it before, but I love how Gothic & Cinema Bizarre/Moulin Rouge -esque it sounds.

it was truly sad an very heartbreaking it really was but thanks to the writers and the amazing cast it isn't the end of our beloved karmy there is still more in store them and a lot more to discover we just have to watch an see what comes next in the awesome and really amazing season 2 #fakingit writers are so totally excellent lol

I gather from your descriprion you slightly dislike Karma lol to play devil's advocate though, I have been thinking about her character lately and other than being self absorbed and 15, what did she do that's so awful? she had no idea Amy had feelings for her, it's not like she hurt her on purpose. That ending though.. I need a season two.

As disappointed as I am with this seasons ending I don’t think it could’ve ended any other way. Liam was a womanizer before he met Karma and Amy. He was dead set on having both of them from the moment they met, [SPOILER ALERT] as evidenced by the climactic season finale.
As for Karma all she wanted from the beginning was the whole popular high school experience. According to her, “she is not the strong one.” There is no way she would've fallen for Amy under those circumstances. She wants to be the popular girl with the popular boyfriend not part of a lesbian couple. The whole lesbian thing to Karma was never anything more than a means to an end and despite all her manipulation and deception she never led Amy on. She was always clear of her intentions to this end.
For Amy this was unsolicited pain. She did not want to feel this way about Karma, but she did. In an epic scene from the movie “Lost & Delirious” One girl says to her roommate about her affections towards their other roommate, I’m Paulie in love with Tori ... and neither of us are lesbians!”. These words echo Amy’s sentiments. She didn't want to get with another girl; she just wanted Karma.
Amy craved the intimacy aroused by their first impromptu kiss. Karma’s rejection was tragic but expected. Karma was too wrapped up in her own personal quest for popularity to explore the new dynamic happening between her and her best friend. The shock was spontaneous when Karma heard Amy finally stop faking it and express her deepest fear and longing. Face it, Karma was unprepared.
I’m glad MTV ordered a second season of Faking it because Karma will now have to go through a lot to play catch up to Amy whose already confronted her greatest angst and is free to heal. If the first season was about Amy faking it the second season will inevitably be about Karma faking it as she confronts her own inner insecurities, about her need for popularity, to be with the hottest boy, etc. and how this came between what really completed her and how admitting this to herself will radically change who she thought she wanted to be.
