Despite having studied spiritually transformative experiences such as NDE's for more than 40 years, and having maintained an IANDS membership since the late '80's, I'm embarrassed to admit that this was my first sampling of Lee Witting's wonderful NDE Radio program. I chose a great interview (with Aaron Thomas Green) for my introduction, hearing an account that "covers a lot of ground", respectably adding to knowledge about the true nature of reality for human beings.

Wow. That was an exceptional NDE. Confirms so much of what I've heard elsewhere. Fascinating stuff.
Wow! There is so much information in your experience! And Lee asked the perfect questions. When I’m listening and focused on what you’re saying, I have questions but as you move onto the next aspect of your experience, I forget that question and I’m amazed by the experience in that moment!
I’m thinking about the different levels of vibration, parallel universes and/or other planets that can be chosen instead of earth. From what I’ve heard earth is extremely difficult. But one is able to advance more quickly (if time is a thing, lol) on earth. So perhaps wanting to achieve a certain level of vibration in which to participate or experience a certain situation on a timeline than one may choose to come to earth to move things along more quickly in a particular direction.
I could go on and on. I’m saving you to my favorites list and I’ll listen again. Thank you so so much for sharing! And Lee you ask the best questions because the other one I’ve been thinking about lately was the ‘faith and knowing’. Thank you!
I normally bypass an NDE where someone says it happened when they were 6 months old or 6 years old but I liked this one. Very interesting. So we are in the school of hard knocks for infinity. I'd love to learn how to go back to the source of all things in my afterlife & not have to keep experiencing duality.
These lessons aren’t endless. In short we just need to learn to be good to each other of our own free will. If you want to make your journey faster and easier; just work on being good to everyone around you.

Jesus said "Blessed are you Thomas but more blessed are those who believe without seeing". If you have met God faith becomes irrelevant because you "KNOW" that God exists and loves you. Faith is the substance of things unseen.
Neale Donald Walsch wrote in his books Conversation with God that some NDE stories are different because of personal filters.
I'm a little confused. When choosing his new parents and body he's told if you choose this you'll be too arrogant, too promiscuous or lack self-control etc so choose another. What happened to free will? How come these factors were pre-determined? Seems somewhat contradictory 🌷.
I was freely allowed to choose my body. But I was shown that if I was extremely good looking woman would essentially throw themselves at me. I would have freely accepted what they were offering. It was all up to me how I wanted to proceed with that information. I chose a more average body to avoid the spiritual downsides associated with being too promiscuous.
I don’t view my guides showing me how I would act in a certain scenario to be a violation of my free will.
@@aaronthomasgreen thank you for replying. The point I'm making though is that you say the guides were showing you "how you would act." That surely suggests how you would act is pre-determined. How do they know if its your free will at any given moment? I can understand that choosing to be a very pretty woman who attracts attention may create a challenge and opportunity to be promiscuous. But if someone has complete free will surely whether they actually choose to BE promiscuous isn't known until they live that life and face those challenges at the time.
@@ellie.l6585 I was directly told that we have free will and that’s it’s a core foundation of what we are and why we were created. It might seem strange that God knows us well enough to predict how we will act in certain scenarios; but I don’t agree that such knowledge on God’s part represents a lack of free will on our part.
The creation of the soul and individual personality are perhaps among the mysteries abt us humans
From my perspective, God knows the chemistry (inclination) of each and every soul because He is the creator of everything. Aaron used the term "soul personality", but personality itself is shaped by the planned experience. So, I would prefer to use the term soul's-chemistry (aka self inclination). We could also associate such an issue with soul's "potential".
The knowledge on the nature of the soul is not completely known to us though (a mystery), but it is completely transparent to God.
So, in order to help each individual's achieve the "best personality" (or character), guidance are given, so that the most appropriate choice would be selected for (positive) character development
Pre birth planning has been reported by many / certain other NDEs. During the pre birth planning, the soul has the ability to "see" or connect to the myriad amt of choices for the journey being planned. After a choice is made, the next (chain of) available choices will then appear... so the path/plan can be tailored to whatever the soul wanted to experience/ encounter down here.. and what we experience here will eventually affect the personality/character identity.
From the dialogue, we can see that Aaron accepted certain choices suggested after considering the reasons explained (guidance). Aaron also rejected certain choice(s) offered to him
Considering that, in a certain scenario, it could be possible that a soul could be advised/reminded of certain consequence(s) of a particular choice, yet that soul might choose to reject the given guidance/advice, ignoring the (negative) consequences/effects he had been warned of. The number/degree of "rejection" could differ among different souls
IMO this is where believing and non-believing souls differ, and such will affect the eventual fate of the different souls
There is another example of an NDEr who was told that she rejected certain guidance given to her during the pre birth planning. And during her NDE, she asked "why was my life so difficult", she was told that it was due to her own choices and also, her own rejection of the given advice (See Suzanne Ingram NDE testimony (minute 4.25, video ID hJcRBFxXGf8)
In my view, it was the disbelieving (rebellious) souls who were skeptical of God's knowledge and power, and they wanted to have things (plan) their own way without any guidance at all or, they might have rejected many of the suggested advice (despite the warning of the consequences) ... and that would be their own undoing
How did disbelieving trait/souls developed? Where did they come from, was it God the one who created them with such trait? I believe this has sth to do with the (parable) story about the "taking of the forbidden knowledge", that was widely known among the Abrahamic faiths. Knowledge is not per se good or bad, but in the wrong soul/scenario/condition., it could turn into sth bad
I believe God had once created us and put us straight away in heaven. This is why quite many +NDEr said, when they were on the other side, they somehow began to remember that their "true home" is not really here in this reality. The _true home_ is actually on the other side
So, previously, each soul was given the essential/required knowledge in a titrated manner, to ensure the soul would develop into a positive/well balanced character, so souls were essentially content and happy in heaven.
Soul's-inclination/chemistry + titrated knowledge = balanced character
However, after the taking of the forbidden knowledge, a crisis was precipitated.
We could say that souls with forbidden knowledge became "impure". Certain souls might have taken or received very little of the "bad knowledge", but there are those who have inherited (relatively) a lot of it and they turned so impure that they were completely skeptical of God's knowledge/power (aka "disbelieving souls")
Soul's-inclination/chemistry + "bad"/forbidden knowledge = unbalanced character
Such misguided souls would even claim that controlling knowledge itself, was a an invasive mechanism that would deny free will/"real" soul development.
Thus, souls came down here to "get involved" with their own character development, so that they would get the (real) evidence/experience on how their own identity developed/came into being
The pre birth planning stage is when spirit guides (assigned by God) would help a soul plan his journey. Souls which have denied guidance will unfortunately deviate into a path of events that would lead to negative consequences/character development. Suzanne Ingram (NDE noted up there) only realised the negative consequence(s) of her rejection when she was on the other side.
I believe God could have snapped his fingers (figuratively speaking) to undo the crisis event (taking of forbidden knowledge), but He let us experience the truth by sending us down here.
I also think God would eventually intervene to remedy (change) the situation affecting/inflicted by the "bad souls", after all is said and done/we have gone through the required process/experience down here.. Perhaps the "bad souls" would eventually be cleansed of the impurities (bad knowledge), which would "change their identity" in a way (via a mechanism I am not sure how), but that would only take place after they (and all of us) have realised the truth on the negative impact of the "bad knowledge" to those souls
The pre birth planning could also be said as a "soul's contract" signing event. It is an agreement of the soul with God, AND with other souls (complete details might not be revealed in every NDE case). This is also why certain souls having NDE were sent back, they were told - it is not your time yet, because "you have much work to do"
