I don't think it's very likely but I don't think it's impossible. If Pope Francis would condemn Maduro strongly and if there are enough dissenting actors within the military and other institutions together with a unified and organized movement of the people I could see Maduro being forced out diplomatically without much bloodshed. They have little oil infrastructure still remaining. Most is in complete disrepair and would need to be rebuilt from the ground up. They sell mostly to China which is why they keep it a small operation. If they ever rebuilt the US probably would get involved since that would give China a huge advantage.
