@@jakeclough8090you're right. All Australian teams were abysmal this week. Handling was noticeably amateur! All the kiwi sides looked slick. Hopefully the Aussie teams can pick that up, else this season will turn into another predictable one.

Hard fought. Clue for forwards in the rolling maul: if you are on the wrong side of the ball, you are useless. Detach, go back on your side, re-engage. Standing and watching isn’t quite good enough.

Whats missing from the Wallabies is that Aussie arrogance/Confidence they had in the 90s early 2000s . they were ruthless Larkham,Gregan,Mortlock,Roff etc .

The calibre of player been produced now has gone away from that high skilled deft style. Especially the Australians. Ella bros, Campo, Horan, Gregan, Roff, Finnegan, Eales, Larkham, .. Mad ball skills.

Flukes should be worth more than normal tries. There should be judges on the sidelines with boards like it's gymnastics, and tries should get more points if they are going to make it onto more highlight reels.

First try by the Brumbies was dropped over the line. You can initially tell by Wright's body language - no celebration at all. Then just watch it in slow motion.
Rolling mauls are an absolute blight on the game. Penalty try and a yellow card with zero officiating attention paid to the offensive side having players join from the side

The highlights don’t reflect the game if you watched it live. It was full of running rugby, lot of quick throw ins for line outs, a lot of good breaks etc. but they weren’t finishing off the runs with tries so you don’t see it on the highlights.
