Keeps things intellectual and and factual! Keep Eben!! He actually cares for the whole thing and all the people! There is nothing more powerful than an asset that totally gives a fuck about the entire operation and everyone in it! Ask Mike. Mike will tell you he is necessary and mandatory! You will lose millions of viewers if he is replaced. Without him the show will be empty and probably result in ignorant banter
