The best time to visit is October - April, you can enjoy snowfall in winter if you visit. If want to visit now the view will be good greenery everywhere,running cloud in mountains, but it's little risky to travel in monsoon because of heavy rain

If not, have a plan next time.
Varanasi is not so safe so please be careful and travel with a guide if you can and try to avoid secluded places..North india is not so safe but not every place

So i saw you were trying to book rail tickets but you weren't getting them. Not sure if you checked under foreign quota. There are tickets reserved specially for foreigners. So if you don't see it online, try visiting the railway station in person. Carry along your passport. Most of the time you should get tickets one day before the journey.
That is a sutra its holy books, there here all which buddha said.. and this is a vrajayana Buddhism culture. In Korea mahayana Buddhism but Himalayan followed vrajayana. Its quite different and interesting 😊...
