This reminds me of the time my stepdad and his brothers tried to get my Briggs & Stratton minibike going after it fell over when I was sitting on it.

Incredible Team Work to get that car back out for the run. Great team work between the Capco Team, Scott Palmer Racing, and the Lagana Racing team.

I would have thought that for that kind of money, the back up chassis would be more prepared. Things like seats, seat belts, front plumbing, electronics and gauges, sponsor decals. I know that they couldn't have the wings and such on it, but still, It looked like they had to take a lot of things off to get ready for the rebuild.

its a backup car they have to tear it down to rebuild the engine and connect the wires to the engine and the car does have seats and seat belts my dad works with him in the oil field so I have seen it up close and it has all that stuff in the car.

Could be a weight limit in the trailer for the upper deck and hydraulic ramp. I cant imagin these teams not squeezing ever second out of their procedures. Chasing the clock is part of drag racing

They put together and test ran a backup TF dragster in 90 minutes! That feat alone is utterly amazing! And ran a 3.73!

they built the whole motor before 2 guys could put the front wing on lol!

I was wondering that also. I guess the wing was fitted to the old chassis and the new chassis could have been just a few milometers off on the attachment points.
