I listened to a speech from Navy Admiral McRaven " if you want to change the world start off by making up your bed. If you make your bed every morning you will have accomplished the first task of the day. It will give you a small sense of pride, and it will encourage you to do another task and another and another"

The only thing I can compare it to is that feeling you have when you take a shower and you put lotion on your body and your body is completely moisturized That’s what this dove moisture shower gel did for me. After some time using that product you’ll realize that it doesn’t clean the skin that well. So I would recommend using that once a day if you shower twice a day or only a few times during the week. It is not good for everyday use in the long run if you are concerned about cleanliness

Yes, both the dove moisture boost and acne is meant for daily use. I’ve been using my dove moisture everyday and I’d use the acne clear cleanser after my gym workout to prevent back acne from the sweat.

I shower twice per day. I do my more intense cleansing at night, body scrub etc., just to cleanse the day away and no deodorant before bed. Be sure to moisturize properly. Then in the mornings, I do a shorter version, except I use deodorant, of course, lol. Put back the moisture by using natural oils (if it makes you feel better) or whatever works for you. Drink lots of water and eat your fruits and veggies and you won't have to worry about your skin drying out.
