Hey Kim,
To get rid of your cold or sniffles you can use some Slippery Elm powder or capsules or you can get a small shot bottle of brandy a lemon and honey. Then you are going to warm two spoons of brandy lemon juice and 1 spoon of honey in the microwave and swallow it and it will DEFINITELY get that congestion and mucus out of ya. I have been using both of these since I was a teen and I am in my 40's and this works super FAST.
