I got to give a comment to this. I just recently changed my reflectors. If you try and pry that like this gentleman is showing, you will end up messing up the paint on the inside, around where the reflector is. By prying on that you’re prying up against the paint, and you will damage it.
A better option, would be to take a screwdriver, or drill, gently drill a screw into the reflector, now you have a screw head to grab onto with pliers and very easily pull off your reflector without damaging anything around it.

Great video! That’s how I removed my reflectors from my chrome latches on previous bikes. To safely remove them from painted latches you’ll need to carefully drill a small hole through the reflector and backing plate near one of the corners. Insert a pick with a 90 degree end and pull them off. Heat helps but isn’t really needed with this technique. If anything gets scratched it will be covered up with the new latch inserts/reflectors

Is it the same for removing the reflectors on the 2018 painted fork legs

What I do on the painted legs is the blower dryer and then peel from the edge with my fingers...they will come off. Then use the goo gone to clean up the mess...avoid using anything sharp to scratch the goo off, it will scratch the paint.

Hey Louis..unfortunately not very much. Its usually the first thing that gets changed on a bike..so they are dime a dozen. I see them go on ebay for around 70 bucks free shipping for the slip ons and around 100 if your getting rid of the entire exhaust including the headers. You could try adding them on some of the facebook bagger pages. I through mine up in the garage attic.

Guys I'm looking for a seat. I have a '15 street glide special. The stock seat just isn't cutting it for the wife. She is used to the touring seat that was on my heritage we traded in. It had a one piece mustang seat. Anyone have a nice seat beside stock for the street glide?

    • @sikbaggers

Hey Patrick, I know a lot of guys run a thicker seat from www.mustangseats.com/category/Seats Some of the choices will give you and your passenger more thickness and some give just the passenger more and keeps you low. Check them out...I have not personally ran any of the seats but they are talked about very highly in the forums.
