IVE seen tractor 🚜 😊carbs like that be 4 and 1 that was worse w dirt and mud in it the tractor wouldn't start much less run they don't like dirt trash or water 💦 😮 some times U will get 1 tight like that if the carb hasn't been rebuilt be 4 some times U have 2 use a pair of vice grips or a pipe wrench on a screw driver they can be hateful 😮😮 2 get out 😮😮 OMG 1 23 2O24
