Maybe Grade 2 is suitable for him, but assessments will tell exactly where to start

Walekum salam. No issues for language they will got the admission easily but it depends on which class/ grade or year they will fit for.

No, only vaccition card birth certificate and passport with landing paper or PR card is required for admission
