Troy Weatherford yep it is but I still don't like that the op rod is on an exposed rail or it has a whole area where stuff can jam up the mechanism. Don't get me wrong the m1a is a nice rifle but I would personally take an fn fal if I needed a .308 battle rifle.

I appreciate a movie that knows what it is. There's nothing crazy special, no deep message and drama. It's just a zombie movie with your typical badass "mysterious" main character.

The problem I have with zombie movies is that everyone claims them to be overdone.... when was the last time we have seen a basic zombie movie that was good? All of them now try to add excess action basically cloning the later Resident Evil movies. Zombieland wasn't a serious zombie movie but damn it had the perfect zombie setting going so I loved it, other than that the 2004 Dawn of the Dead was the best in the last 2 decades. (excluding resident evil)
oh yeah, i'd forgotten about that.. but yeah, Shaun of the Dead is honestly the only movie Ive seen with the basis of what every movie lacks... Hold out until help arrives

I just prefer the 2nd ad 4th Resident Evil movies, they had 2 of the best zombie situations? I guess you could say. With a city being over run and the authorities trying to contain it and then holding out in a prison until thats over run, Animated movies were awesome tho. Wyrmwood? I thought it looked horrible but never actually watched it
I really liked this one. Surprisingly it has more gunfire than any other movie I have ever seen... It's a movie for guys for sure haha. And it was great seeing good ol' Lance Henriksen kicking ass. A real throwback to the 90's.

Maybe you forgot about Black Hawk Down where he played Randy Shughart. It's a throw to the character he played. Who was one of the most elite soldiers ever to walk the Earth. He's even carrying an M-14 in this movie which was the same rifle Shughart was carrying when he died.
Ok, that sound effect that plays at 00:16 (and a few more times later) sounds like like the effect played after getting a visceral attack in Bloodborne.
The inclusion of legendary actor Lance Henriksen bumps it up a few points. Other than that it does look like it came out 10-15 years too late. We're passed zombie movies, now its all about SUPERHEROS! and GIANT ROBOTS!!
Perfect example of what happens when a person becomes so eaten up with revenge they become blind to opportunities to start over. She wanted him to go with her and he didn't.
Underrated comment. The guy let revenge eat him up and honestly it looked like Sam was starting to like him and maybe even see a new beginning with him. But he probably had killed too much and put a wall between him and other humans that he was eager to just be alone and fell into the dark void of just killing those things and hunting for more alphas
Actually a suprisingly good zombie flick. Just watched it. Sure there are a lot of let downs but it was low budget. However I really enjoyed it, better than most zombie films imo

Troy Weatherford I personally prefer the fn fal, it's more ergonomic imo and I dislike the delayed roller blowback actions
