Not really. Jing Yuan with lightning lord is stronger. Jing Liu is stronger than the other three. Back then Jing Yuan didn't have lightning lord and that's why Liu was considered to be the strongest
My top 3 in the luofu. 1. Phantylia Jinyuan + DHIL + Welt + Trailblazer has almost zero chance against her with them only winning because she tried something stupid. 2. Jingliu She is stated to be so strong that NOONE in the Luofu believe that anyone can catch her after being mara struck (in her story quest). She once beat dan feng by splitting the sea using the sword forge by Blade which was before getting the power to cleave the stars which she has now (In her character story). 3. Dhil He seems to damage phantylia more than Jing yuan.

my list so far 1.phantylia the undying 2.jing yuan 2.jing liu 2.Blade 5.kafka 6.dang feng 7.trailblaizer 8.fuxuan i put jingliu,jing yuan and blade tied because they are part of the five heroes from the old era,and blade at that time didn't have his immoratlity yet he can still keep up with the the other 4 and this blade currently after jing liu brutal training and blade+his constant training+along with his experience as a stellaron hunter job i can safe to say he is on there level. i put kafka at 5 because when she got detained by fuxuan she actually let herself got capture to reveal her true intent by fu xuan reading her mind(it basiclly give a 100% truth at any answer to fuxuan question tho she can still hide some part off it i put dang heng lower the list because i thunk he still getting use to his form yet( i mean he always use his human form and rarely use his imhibitor lunae from so yeah. honorable mention 1.ellio we did know his power outside his script to see the future but he is stellaron hunter boss for a reason. 2.sam alongside kafka was task to recruit blade i don't know if the battle is sam vs blade or sam and kafka vs blade but what i remember is that he managed to pin a rampaging blade down long enough for kafka to negotiate with him and he always get the job done( what i mean is he is not playing around and among the stellaron hunter always goes solo mission so that speak volume of his strength i say top 2 stronger than jingliu,jing yuan and blade but need more feat to confirm it) 3.welt he is at 20% of his power and he doesn't have good feat as of now but can be top 2 in the future
I put *Dan Heng* above Blade, Kafka & Jing Liu, due to him hurt Phantylia the undying, with his arrow attack. Jing Liu would be relative to Jing Yuan, due to her going toe to toe with him in the past. *Jing Liu* should be stronger than him now, since if i recall, Jing Yuan stated that he's kinda rusty now. If I recall, Blade fought Jing Liu with mara struck and Jing Liu clapped him. (She stabbed him multiple times in the body & traumatized him...) (He regenerate his body tho, due to him having mara struck) Kafka can easily beat Blade, due to her control hax. Trailblazer beat Yanqing in Kafka story quest. This Trailblazer, Welt and March couldn't capture Kafka. 3v1 Blade fought Yanqing with Not so serious Dan Heng/Feng. (The fight didn't have a winner tho) Fu Xuan would be above Kafka, due to her speed blitzing Kafka.
