Full Manga Collection Tour- Almost 800 Volumes!

- I’ve been putting this off for a while but I figured I needed to go ahead and make a full tour of my manga collection, at least for anyone interested.
I read all demographics and genres so it has some variety. I’m trying to collect all Shojo Beat series and I calculated I have about 20% of all available volumes as of this video.
This is the first video I made exclusively for CZcams (I plan to make more) so it was a bit of an experiment with editing.

Great collection! I’m working on finishing Rin-ne. Was going to collect it slowly but then a lot of the volumes became unavailable for purchase so I had to hurry up and order the rest. 40 volumes is no joke lol.
For former library books, I've found that, so long as the cover isn't matte, it's easier to get the stickers off using a hair dryer on the lowest possible heat setting. I've done this with ~10 books with great success. Just make sure to peel very slowly to avoid damaging the book :)
I just picked up more of Dragon Knight in my next haul! I am about haft way complete. Remember reading it when I was in middle school. Great collection you have!!!!

The "don't judge me" after certain series made me laugh, but I totally understand wanting to say it. People can get way too worked up over fictional stories (people tried to say Sasaki & Miyano was toxic, so I mean--) Keep enjoying what you enjoy and don't let anyone make you feel bad about it!
Man, every time someone brings up Sublime I get agitated xD One of the very few series I'd think about buying from them is Digital-Only which is an absolute let down because it's such a great series.
Speaking of said series, since you're a fan of JJK and BL, I highly suggest reading "The Night Beyond the Tricornered Window"! Gege Akutami is a fan of Tricornered Window and used it as inspiration for the way curses appear/work in JJK. As I said, it is, unfortunately, Digital Only in English (though I cross my fingers every week that Seven Seas might pick up the rights to a print edition, aha).

@@mangasaltaria You're welcome! I think now that manga has gotten more popular, people have been getting more aggressive about certain things and there's really no need for it.
I didn't know Tricornered Window existed until the anime came out last year and was so whole-heartedly disappointed when I found out the Manga had started being released digitally back in 2015. I feel that so few people know the series exists because of the lack of advertisement paired with it not getting a print release.
The anime had to cut a lot of content since it crams 10 volumes into 12 episodes, but it's still worth the watch with a strong cast and OST =) I hope you enjoy it and the manga whenever you give it a chance!
Dragon Knights was the first series I collected 😄 +Anima was the second. I always get super excited seeing it in someone’s collection.

@@mangasaltaria Yea! I remember reading it at the library (along with the graphic novel Elfquest). I loved it so much, I would check it out all the time! I eventually asked for it as a middle school grad gift/ early Christmas gift.

I have a very similar size for my collection and was wondering how the Billy bookcases would work for me, so this was helpful.
I have an 80 inch corner shelf that I've had for ages and the Billy bookcase seems to be the only thing I can find that's the same height haha.

Otomen!!! One of my biggest regrets was selling my Manga collection to half price books, selling otomen and other out of print Mangas TToTT so I'm so jealous seeing a lot of nostalgic shoujo manga!!
