There are more criteria.
1. If the debilitated planet is exalted or in own sign in navamsha, it is neech bhang
2. If the lord of the sign in which debilitated planet becomes exalted, is in Kendra from moon or Lagna, neech bhang happens. Ex. If moon debilitated, then if lord of Taurus(because moon exalted here) Venus is in Kendra from Lagna or moon, cancellation happens.
I am sure there are more.
More astrologers I listen to, more rules I learn, so I wonder sometimes where every rule is coming from.
Anyway it seems like in 90% of cases there neech bhang. 😄👍
Also not every neech bhang creates a raj yog combination. This is very important to note, so people don’t get false hopes. Ordinary neech bhang means Debi.planet will not cause too much issues and will give you resources to fight off negativity, but still have to fight. Neech bhang raj yog can be a good fortune blessing wherever it is occurring.

This was very helpful , I have a Mars Moon parivartan neech bhang cancellation
For example. In Virgo ascendant, Moon is in 3rd house and Mars is in 4th house. So it forms Neech Bhanga Raj Yoga, or it doesn't form because of Mars in 4th house forming mangalik yog.
I have the exact same ascendant & placement of Jupiter & moon as in the thumbnail

In Taurus ascendant, mars is placed in cancer sign (debilitated) (3rd house) and Saturn (R) is placed in Aquarius sign (10th house) and Moon also placed in pieces sign (11th house), in this situation, Can debilitation of mars be cancelled ?

Libra Ascendant Saturn present, 12th house Virgo Venus present and Mahadasha is going on of Venus. So is there a Neechbhanga Yoga and can we wear Opal or White Zircon .
