  • Thousands of years ago, the region that is now central and northern Kentucky was populated by the Adena and Hopewell people. These Native Americans created ceremonial mounds that can still be seen around the area to this day.

    the adena people obviously were in America before those now called 'Native Americans" [ native only means born here]. these people were wide spread and here long before the 'land bridge' . they had ancestors, which are never mentioned by anyone.

    There are also mounds that are roped off in Central Park, in Ashland Kentucky. They are right beside the elementary school parking lot. I can't remember, but I think there's 6. My kids were always dying to walk on them 😌

    Theres a thriller movie called the new daughter that shows about these mound sacred grounds..is the mound still at Cincinnati airport or has it been removed with all the construction and expansion?

    Well all these street people need rights to build a tent, hit, lean two to this day, same stuff. Alcohol, Wacky Tobacco, violence, poverty same today only today men can't hunt at all, so they steal hikes instead of horses. I can't comprehend the Laws to serve n protect ? ?
