    Are there fully automated textile or garment robots available? Who offers such solutions?

      Not really. The industry does use much more automation than it used to, but it's all semiautomatic, with operator handing the difficult bits. I don't think there are any textile products out there that are produced by fully automatic machinery. Every now and then some company comes around with an idea to do something like t-shirts fully automatically, so far they have all failed to deliver.
