Testing Elf Green Color Correcting Pen & Studio Face Primer to Fix Orange Foundation

- I recently purchased Benefit's New soft blur foundation in number 8. When I purchased it in the store, I thought the color fit me perfectly, but when I got home and tested it, on my face it appeared a bit too orange for my liking. I saw these on elf's website and wanted to test them out and was pleasantly excited about the out come of the face primer.

It's good to listen to the opinions of others, but don't be afraid to do what you want to do either. Trying to please everyone else never works. As for my opinion, I think that it's harder to tell how well a foundation looks if the color is off. Maybe I just don't have the eye to separate performance from appearance. The wrong color always looks "makeup-ey" and I just can't seem to get past that. I found your video doing a search for a way to reduce the orange tone because I have heard that the Too Faced Peach Perfect foundation is smudge-proof and doesn't transfer (which I need so badly!), but their undertones are orange AF. I pick this primer up the other day and I'm excited to try it! Thanks for the demo!
Great points Lass! You're right. Trying to please everyone never works. Great point about not getting past the color, I was the same way with this foundation. I liked the finish, but the color... not so much. I hope it all worked out for you with the foundation, and you're very welcome!

I honestly think that you should feature what you are interested in featuring on your channel. Furthermore, if you only featured foundations that only had 30 plus shades you really would not have much to feature. So, that is the beauty of having your own channel, you can feature whatever you want. Many people have tried to censor me on some of my content. I feature and talk about things that interest me. But that is just my little two cents. This video was very helpful. I would have never thought to use this method. Thanks!

your hair has grown longer what do u use, any oils or something like it please tell me, I love how you lab the primer out lol to change the color of ur foundation, Love your face glow it is life
Hey Abbeau, what don't I use... I got into the liver cleanse, ester c, some hair pills(hair influence), some other stuff lol... and my diet change, I really saw how much more my hair started to grow. I only use hair products that don't have a whole bunch of crap in it like shea moisture and this other one that is a Black castor oil shampoo and conditioner. That also helps your hair to grow too.
