I had good acclimatisation program, I had some headache higher than 4500m and a stomachache. Need drink a lot of water, eat during the breakfast also vitamin C is good idea. I took a multivitamins one month before hike. Cardio training it’s necessary before hike

I would recommend a camel back water system it holds more water and you carry it in your back back and it has a water hose with a bite valve you simply put the value in your mouth bite down and suck it like a straw and drink all you want and when you're done you just spit the valve out and keep walking they hold up to 3 leaters most of the small ones are 2 Leaters and the big ones with 3 leaters
I had one for 2 litres the best thing ever. But up of Calapatar peak, my straw got frozen cause was around -10 at night water simply became ice full straw. So a bit dangerous to take when is cold

There are people who clean up Everest every year including body. More than that people pay ridiculous price for insurance who also do it every year. To put trash you don’t need go to mountain you can stay everywhere 😂

Absolutely stunning I want to come to Nepal this year for a few treks... Please can you tell me how you found your guide... Did he organise all the guest house bookings and permits etc etc... I'm looking for a guide instead of going solo....
I was looking in Facebook trekking group. Around 50 people text me after my post. I compared prices and choose one. I like my guide he was knowledgeable, local and speak English. My company organise all: permits, accommodation, 3 meal per day and drink, flights tickets.
In Nepal there are scammers, who make bad acclimatisation and push you to call helicopter rescue.
Stay safe and pay attention, this is high mountain better check twice. Thank you for watching the video

No necessary guide, but I wouldn’t go to mountain higher 4000m without experience. Total cast my trek was 1070$ without equipment/tickets to Katmandu and extra expenses like shower/water/snacks
