- I didn't find this song on youtube, so here it is. It's one of the few English songs of the German band "Die Ärzte" and was intended to be on the soundtrack of Pamela Anderson's movie "Barb wire", but it ended up as a flip side.
The melody is taken from their song "Schunder-Song".

@@andreaswollborn260 Farin hat halt einfach auch nen richtigen Kartoffelakzent beim englischen Singen.
Einzige Chance wären wohl wirklich die catchigen Melodien gewesen, aber die Erfolgsgeschichte an sich kann so halt nur in Deutschland passieren.
Finde das Lied in englisch auch ganz gut 👍😁
Das bezweifle ich. Nicht umsonst sind King Kong und Depp Jones gefloppt.
das lied ist übrigens auf der single-cd von "3-tage-bart" drauf. also schon 12jahre alt, aber immer wieder geil.

@JimmyJimmyJimmy24045 They thought about it once, that's true but they decided against it becuase they didn't feel like 'die Ärzte' anymore, when they tryed. They do come up with a translation of a song every now an then tough, a japanese version of Rettet die Wale or a chinease version of Junge for example. But unless they're going to change their minds once again, they'll not release an english Album. They perform parts of english songs sometimes, like Another one bites the dust but that's it.

Wow. I didn't know they had a song(s?) in english. It sounds so different now that I can understand what they are saying.. I think I like how their music sounds in German better though. I'm not sure why.

In some MTV show they performed "Anneliese Smith" in English. It's quite funny :D
Der Song sollte ursprünglich auf den Soundtrack für den amerikanischen Film "Barb Wire" mit Pamela Anderson. Allerdings passte der Song im Stil nicht zu den anderen. Wahrscheinlich wegen der Bläser... naja :D Trotzdem cool!

@firstApril I know I know... but as much as I love their German texts, these English lyrics just sound a bit choppy.
The rhymes are right... but they just don't sound smooth.
I'd love nothing better than if those guys put out English versions of some of their songs and finally came to the US with them :D
Im großen und ganzen gehts da um ein Mädchen in die der Typ zwar verliebt ist obwohl sie recht brutal ist (Schläge/Tritte&Sie hat sogar unter ihrem Badeanzug ne Knarre)

Chanson d'Albert wurde auf der Single von Wie es geht veröffentlicht.
Und war auch Sountrack von irgendeinem Film.
Weil es das psychische Gegenstück zum physischen Schundersong ist nur mit dem Unterschied das diesmal die Schmerzen bei Farin sind.

hast du dir den text mal angehört/durchgelesen? der ist nicht zensiert, sondern einfach ganz anders, aber mindestens genauso lustig wie der Deutsche.

Ja, ich mag Farins Englisch auch. =) Besser (viel besser) als Belas. Man hört kaum 'nen deutschen Akzent. Also, peinlich klingt's auf jeden Fall überhaupt nicht (was in seinem alter ja eigentlich normal wär xD xD )
