@@AlyssaHathorn you can! But I don’t. I like the softness. But you can fry it with oil and garlic and it’ll taste just like garlic bread. Or just a piece of butter bread with spaghetti and it’s amazing too

There's a place called the Habit burger grill that has great sweet potato fries and a nice teriyaki char burger that has a slice of pineapple in it. And make sure you get their house made buttermilk garlic aioli ranch to dip their sweet potato fries in.
