There are spas in Eastern Europe including Czech Republic where customers wear a white cotton towel like wraps that are hip to knee for the men, chest to foot for the ladies.
Why not research those spas then try them out yourselves as a part of a couple’s vacation and upload them to CZcams.

One spa in Salon Maha Punye Ayurveda has a portable wooden sauna where a person has their head popping out through the hole in the top of the sauna box along with a white towel or ring cushion around the neck.
Plenty of spas in India have these sauna boxes.
Why not try out those spas yourselves as part of a couple’s vacation.
If you do I would love Arturs to relax in a portable sauna like the one I mentioned and have a white towel or ring cushion around his neck.
Once the 2 of you make videos like that, upload them to CZcams.

Here we really enjoyed 4 hand massage. It was new experience for us and girls did it really good too. I would suggest this place. (Arturs)

If in any place you are not sure, fee free to ask them. In case you want to be 100%, you want to be bringing your own water.
Usually, all well known Spa will use bottled water.

Simply "cheaper than europe" is not a good proce for Indonesia!!! 😅 Europe is crazy expensive
Also cheaper than New Zeland where we lived before too and cheaper than USA. We only relate to places where we have lived, spent enough time ☺️
