How to remove FADE IN and FADE OUT in BLENDER

To remove the "Fade In" and "Fade Out" effects in Blender, you can follow these steps:
Open Blender and load the project containing the video sequence you want to edit.
Switch to the "Video Editing" workspace by selecting it from the top menu bar.
In the Video Sequencer Editor, locate the strip that has the "Fade In" or "Fade Out" effect applied. The strip will have a small square icon on its left side.
