- Cassandra Madison and Julia Tinetti met while working in a Connecticut bar in 2013. They bonded over both being adopted from the Dominican Republic, and even though they looked alike, Julia’s adoption paperwork made them think they could never be related. I met my older sister back in 2019. this guy worked with my mom, he noticed that my mom looked just like a friend of his from high school. So he boldly asked if she was her aunt. My mom turned around and said, "No, i'm not her aunt.... I'm her bio mom." a couple days later, my sister and my mom met up at a cafe. then I got to meet her, same place. spent hours talking. it was truly fate.

What an amazing story, this is the stuff you see in those Lifetime and Hallmark movies you hear people talk about.
It also shows the great job that their mothers did raising them that they hold no animosity towards their bio-parents for giving them up for adoption.

Really happy for them. I adopted a son out, it was an open adoption and gut wrenching but we all see each other as a big family.

Same thing happened to me, I learnt that the person who had been my best friend for an entire year was actually biologically related to me by a distant relative , when we both had attended to his (distant relative's) funeral and met each other there

My mom was adopted and even says herself it can take more love to give a child up for adoption. If you don't have the resources to take care of another child at that moment how does that make the father a bad guy? He just wanted his girls to have a good life
