The transition from slight arrogance at the beginning of the interview when the interviewer leads CR7 on saying he's done it again and CR7 nodding his head and saying it's his job, to the humility of CR7 recognizing the opponent and acknowledging that it was a difficult game --- is pure class. He's so comfortable at the club that he helped build and his English is so good! A true professional-- he's matured so much. No armband but still puts his ego aside and brings such a cheerful atmosphere to the club. Sir Alex is proud. CR7 is giving him his flowers now with the way he's carried himself since returning to the club. I hope that we as fans give CR7 his flowers too and see him all the way and for as long as he's still with us!

I think it's more to do with the fact that he simply can't if he wants to play for the whole 90 minutes of a game now. He's extremely fit but he's still 36 at the end of the day and the days of sprinting up and down the pitch are over, so him playing on the wing is out of the question. He has to conserve his energy more now.
