Nicely done. I'd say it happens often that you see a car that someone has modified in way you yourself never would, and it looks awesome. I wouldn't have chose those wheels but it totally works seeing the finished product. I'll be on the look out for an extra of that matchbox truck now to try this with.
Cool truck. I got out of model cars and trucks because it was getting expensive, but here I go again. Lol. Being medically retired now and getting ready to turn 53 , I'm not into computers or video games, this'll be my new hobby. Plus keeps me out of my wife's way . Thank you for your videos.
Love the new video, and the truck you built. I give it an A++. It sounds dumb but the fact that you put those front hood/radiator braces in just shows a commitment to detail and authenticity. Love it brother! Keep up the great work!!
Cool idea! Yea I use my dremel sparingly and wear a face shield (grinding wheels can explode also-and the wires from the wire wheels fly off after a while). I use a coping (jewelers) saw most of the time.
Honestly I prefer the original wheels or the Maisto 2 white walls or Revell rat rod skinny wheels and tires. That said YOU ROCK at this, dude! Just glad you're having fun with your toys and taking me/us along!!! Love your positive attitude and thanks for not swearing. I am not offended by having worked in a steel fabrication plant, Theatre and the NY waterfront but my son on Autism Spectrum...he sometimes listens to the videos I watch, and he might repeat what he hears. Been watching yours ...trying to catch up. Have fun with your toys! Thanks for sharing the experience!!!
I'm a recent subscriber, and I'm really enjoying your videos. I got away from the hobby for the last few years, but am starting to get the itch again. Thanks for the videos, keep it up!
I agree, I leave it to the pros like you and a few others I watch. Filming the process is not easy and too edit. So, many out there! I just show before and after shots no need to explain how it's done anymore. Unless it's a new and improved process. You do great work!
You say you appreciate us and our comments.... I promise you it's not a fraction of how much we appreciate you taking the time to do these amazing videos. Just so you know
This was awesome to be something that you called a small project. I came from the Diecast resurrections channel and I gotta say I've been liking what you've been doing here
Not a huge fan of that one, But, a huge fan of how you showed and explained your inspiration and ideas to make what actually is quite a nice little mash up. Very nice job as per usual.
Those helping hands stands would have been helpful when you were doing those braces between the rad and the firewall. You could've used one of them to hold the rods. This build is amazing tho. Not much into rats, but I know how hard making fake rust look real, so you did a good job! Plus the idea of mixing this truck with a Boneshaker is really neat.
Try doing a rust with beer , taking it to bare metal all the way or in spots the pour beer on it will oxidize it faster and create rust then clear coat over it
Hey mate, just subscribed. Great job. Do us all a favour and don’t worry about the negatives. You think about it way too much. That “quicky” is awesome. That car would suck with white walls. Them wheels were really cool. You keep doing what you do cause your great at it!
Seat of your pants work and it's a sweet result. Good to see the abundant Boneshaker sacrificed to a better cause. You're always good to watch, listen too and you're turning out 'motors' that run down my ally of styling preferences. Cool. More!
Hotbox,, pretty cool idea combining the two toy car makers yep, dig the name "Hotbox" It would be really good to see a "Hotbox" dragster made with the 🇺🇸 & 🇬🇧 flag combined. True Hotbox :D
you are really starting to tempt me into snatching some of my sons Hot Wheels and making something cool out of them. Every time I find one of the floor I find myself inspection it, looking at the rivets and wondering if my drill bit index goes that small, Thinking about what color would look better and what wheels would look better.... lol
I really like and appreciate your videos. I am a new sub and have learned a lot of good tips from you. I have nearly every Bone Shaker (that I can find) and really like hot rod look you went for here. Rat rods a very hot.
Your restorations are great but I really think what makes your videos is your commentary. It is amusing, self deprecating and always informative. 👍
Looks REALLY great. Especially the motor detail painting you did. Inspiring work.
Nicely done. I'd say it happens often that you see a car that someone has modified in way you yourself never would, and it looks awesome. I wouldn't have chose those wheels but it totally works seeing the finished product. I'll be on the look out for an extra of that matchbox truck now to try this with.
Looks way better than Matchbox intended for it. Beautiful job, rat rod style is one of my absolute favorites.
Fantastic build, thanks.
This is a cool build! I like the "mash up" of two similar vehicles. The wheels look good to me too. Thanks for another great video!
Very nice indeed. Excellent attention to detail.
What a buityfull work of Art..just love it....ty 4 sharing

This is badass, now I know which truck to use to add to my Bone Shakers for Gaslands. Thanks for the awesome vid!!
I dig it, the hood braces look sweet. I'm going to try the weathering on my rat rod so thanks for showing that part
That's really friggin cool looking, man!!!!
Awesome work
Fantastic blend of the two different trucks..I think it turned out looking great with your custom body and motor work! 5☆'s
Looks good.
Wow, just wow!! Thanks for sharing.
The wheels are really cool! Great job!
I really like the wheels with the colored stripes, I have been buying some cars just to get the wheels for wheels swaps. Great job.
Love the new video, and the truck you built. I give it an A++. It sounds dumb but the fact that you put those front hood/radiator braces in just shows a commitment to detail and authenticity. Love it brother! Keep up the great work!!
Just Badass!! Like always. I'm definitely a huge fan of your work.
Turned out nice.... worthy effort..! subscribed!
Looks awesome!
Cool idea! Yea I use my dremel sparingly and wear a face shield (grinding wheels can explode also-and the wires from the wire wheels fly off after a while). I use a coping (jewelers) saw most of the time.
Very Nice Job 👍👌👍 Luv what you done to it🤘👊👍 Thanks for sharing

It looks good man.

I liked it! Really enjoying your video's. I'm gathering supplies so I can give it a try.
Great job. I love intermingling hot an match wheels. No motors yet. But i am working on one of these casting. Stay tuned.
Looks good!
I’m making a custom right now of this car. Nicely done video that has given me some ideas. Thanks!
I'm a recent subscriber, and I'm really enjoying your videos. I got away from the hobby for the last few years, but am starting to get the itch again. Thanks for the videos, keep it up!
Thanks! Hope you do get back into it!

That was cool Keith another fantastic video .
Very nice work

This is great. Really glad I found your channel. And thank you for showing me that matchbox actually has cool cars I always seem to over look them.
Very nice, I like the wheels !
I enjoy it a lot.Bless it.
I love it.looks awesome
Love it!! I’m working on one right now, not quite as extreme 👍🔥🔥
I'm gunna give you crap about building a better truck than I have (so far). It did turn out SWEET.
Thank you so much for sharing...
You say you appreciate us and our comments.... I promise you it's not a fraction of how much we appreciate
you taking the time to do these amazing videos. Just so you know
Thank you!

Looks really cool man!
That came out bad ass!!
Hi thanks for your video
I took a hotwheels dieselboy chassis and used it with a few mods and paint. Now it is flathead ratrod.
I like it. Big rat rod fan.
👍I build one my self 32 Ford Whit a motor of a boneshaker and use some wheels Just the same good Job..👍
This was awesome to be something that you called a small project. I came from the Diecast resurrections channel and I gotta say I've been liking what you've been doing here
Somebody always thinks they could have done better lol. I want to thank you I've started a build and very calming
Love it buddy....
I’m inspired!!! Phenomenal video!
Fantastic!!!
Another cook one. Nice!
That's a really nice build. I'm not a big fan of the wheels , but they do suit this model. 👍
This is a clean build. My suggestion is maybe try wiring up the engine with spark plug wires.
I love your videos my friend 👍
Great job just picked up two 35 s for the chopping block!
I'm inspired.
Nice build. I just found your channel. I am a new subscriber.
That's a nice WheelBox combo there... You gave it a little more scoot than that old flatty.
Nice job 👍✌
You can upgrade the wheels later, the rest is spot on.
Tight!!
Nice, looks cool.Real riders would top if off though! Thanks for sharing!
Agreed! I didn't have any at the time lol
another good build ! the wheel tire combo works for the rat style.
I just did one with the steel wheels w/w..it,s an oldies look.
Not a huge fan of that one, But, a huge fan of how you showed and explained your inspiration and ideas to make what actually is quite a nice little mash up. Very nice job as per usual.

I tried. I gave up too easily lol
Great video bud. I have the Baja boneshaker that I'm wanting to do something similar with, kind of a rat rod off road build.
Love it bud!!!
lol, I think that makes it unanimous. All diecast custom shops use an official cutting mats. It's fun to watch and hear you narrate your process.
Nice job
Nice Job! Love any rat rods, turned out great. Just finished the 32 ford from Hot Wheels my first Custom, these are a lot of fun. Thanks for sharing
Nice custom! The hot rods are tough because everything is exposed and they are pretty small.
Real sweet hope u put sum pics up on ig
I do plan on putting up pics soon on IG
Pure hot rod! I like it!
I have 2 of these in front of me ready to chop up
👍🏻awesome.

Iwas inspired i have one trying to figure out what to do with it . Now i have some ideas >
Nice!
Nice work looks great, I did a similar build, you should get a jewlers saw it's the best thing I've bought for this work
Seat of your pants work and it's a sweet result. Good to see the abundant Boneshaker sacrificed to a better cause. You're always good to watch, listen too and you're turning out 'motors' that run down my ally of styling preferences. Cool. More!
El Kopos😎👍👍
Sharp!

I wish they would give us back glasses on all the pickups, because cutting them in ourselves is a bitch.
sick

Haha. That's how the addiction begins...
How Matchbox should have done it!
Nice build mate. You have inspired me to create some of my own
Matchbox Garage me also 😎👍
I really like and appreciate your videos. I am a new sub and have learned a lot of good tips from you.
I have nearly every Bone Shaker (that I can find) and really like hot rod look you went for here. Rat rods a very hot.
HotCHbox!
I think it looks pretty sweet. Great work
I'm not in the mood to give you any crap!! :-) Good job and I like the detailing! Thank you for sharing.
