Late last year I got back into smoking heavily. After a smoke sesh, I was in the passenger seat of my friend’s (said friend was sober bc she doesn’t like driving high) car going home on the freeway. Just as we got onto the freeway, I had a vivid vision of being in a car accident. I had seen things a few times before but not so vividly. I genuinely thought that we were about to experience what I had just seen. Not even 10 minutes later the traffic was piled up and we found out there had been a car accident. I’m just so glad it wasn’t us.

Drew- Ants communicate the way you were explaining communication for aliens. They touch antenna to deliver messages (that’s just one form of communication). Also, they can drop pheromones (scent communication) to send and receive messages.

Kelsi, I have had this conversation over and over with so many friends! Thank you for bringing it to light in your platform. Nutrition is so important, yet the US lacks in so many ways. I have ulcerative colitis and whatever I eat, it always upsets my stomach. While I visited the Dominican Republic, I felt so normal. I could eat all the junk food I wanted, drink all the alcohol I wanted with no consequences. I am also lactose intolerant and cheese didn’t bother me one but. As soon as I got back to the US I was reminded again that my illness is still with me and it was like I was back to square one with my disease.

So for the food topic: Stay away from things in a box. The Simpler, the better. Cook your own food. Drink water and ditch juices and sodas. This has always been my philosophy. My kids have been brought up this way and neither of them have ever had a weight problem.

Kelsi like your other true followers/fans/subs have all said your AMAZING & thanks for sharing your story about depression & anxiety. So I'm 41 (almost 42) and I've suffered from depression for over 20 years now, I know the struggle to try get off of & stay off of meds.
Just before covid hit i started noticing my now 18yo (almost 19) daughter was losing too much weight too quickly it got worse & hit a peak during covid (July 2020) she was suffering from anorexia finally after a lot of help & support she's back on track, but she now suffers from severe anxiety & has panic attacks regularly she's now on meds and is having more better days. As a mum watching your child going through it is heart breaking.
Your obviously nearer her age than mine (which makes me feel ancient) its people like yourself that she should be following on social media who are such positive people not enough people out there like you.

Kelsi is absolutely right about food/drinks that you guys have in US, but they are banned in other countries, for example, coffee creamers. I like flavored coffee and the coffee creamers/syrups I found in Portugal barely have any flavor, so I was looking for US coffee creamers and tried to order them online, but no store would ship them to Portugal.That's when I started my research (you can Google it, CZcams deleted my previously comment, with the link of one of the articles) and there are a few ingredients that are not allowed in Europe.The cats and you guys in the beginning are so cute!😻

I remember when i was in Greece and Turkey for vacation, i ate so much food but i still lost weight. They really do have better quality foods. And focus more on public transportation so you walk more. We have here in the USA, a culture of cars first, pedestrian second. I wish it was easier and that we had better infrastructure to have a good public transport system, and more easily walkable communities. We could be so much healthier that way!

25:04 it sounds like it could be a past life. Maybe going to Japan triggered a past memory, it sounds like when they dropped the bomb in Japan during the war. If you read/look at reports it sounds very similar to what you dreamed of. Just a thought that came to me as soon as I heard. Might be helpful might not❤️
Also to add, I have had dreams of my other selfs in a parallel universe, things can be the same but at the same time completely different and it’s a different feeling from a regular dream. I have this thought that it could possibly be that when we die in a different universe we flash through all our others selfs and so when we have a death dream it’s our death in a different timeline. Sometimes it’s peaceful sometimes it’s not.

I’m 47 and Ive been awake for about 10 years now, it makes my heart so warm that two beautiful young people are having these discussions, understanding how this world system is manipulated and how these things filter down to us in the form of food etc. Also your spirituality is blossoming and that awakening is happening all at the same time, this also happened to me. I know it can all seem scary but remember the light is always stronger than the darkness, things will all be ok and you guys are helping to raise the collective vibe and consciousness. And the crash was at 2:04 am, so that's why he was "napping"...
And most of the passengers were returning from a trip like Dru thought you were returning to LA...
And the flight time is just almost 2 hours like Dru thought it was too early to land...

Hey Kelsie our place is haunted too we have forest down our home and no one is there little down there is althe main road and many car accidents had occur there and sometimes in the middle of night some kind of person girl and boy cries i literally heard the crying
