- Los Roques is seriously beautiful. Located 85 miles off Venezuela's mainland Los Roques is considered one of the most beautiful places in the world with over 300 islands that make this archipelago the longest in all the Caribbean.
Los Roques has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and has been voted many times as best place for relaxation. Each island in Los Roques has powder soft white sand beaches, set in shallow emerald and turquoise clear waters.
The Archipelago is an established marine national park since 1972 and protects the marine environment and the reefs are as free of exploitation as any in the Caribbean.
Some consider Los Roques better than Maldives, Bali and Bora Bora what is your opinion about that ?

They are like miles behind tourism of the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 which is the country with the highest tourism in the Caribbean and second in all of Latin America😉. Last year DR received 10 million tourist and Venezuela 🇻🇪 less than 656k

Thank you for sharing beautiful places of my country, is a privilege. For sure this is the future that Venezuela has to put most attention to, tourism. Of course oil should be and still will be the main source of revenue for many years, since oil is needed it not only for gas to charge transportation machines, but to make many other manufactured products. We have to use it to impulse other areas like this, alog with gas, agriculture, gold, coltán, etc...

How much is the flight from Caracas to Los Roques in $US Dollars ? I want to visit this summer
Hi thanks so much for interacting usually there posadas( which are the small hotels in the island) give you packages which includes the flights. Roughly you can find around from 400usd 4 days and 3 nights depending on the days including flights accommodations and food and drinks. But it may vary!

For fellow Americans, I have heard from travel agents that is NOT safe for Americans to travel to Los Roques. Check with your travel agent before booking room reservations and flights.
Have you been there? It is by far the safest place in all Venezuela in fact most of Venezuela’s can’t go there as it is expensive
I am partlyAmerican , and I have been there. What I can tell is that is safe. However, what is dangerous is the moment when you arrive to Venezuela not the beaches, not the salto Angel. The cops and militaries are the risk.
If you are US American anywhere outside the USA it is dangerous ! But Why ?🤔

Depends where you travelling from. First you have to travel to Venezuela - Caracas from wherever you are in the world.
How much was the flight?
You’ve got to arrive first to Caracas Maiquetía international airport and from there take a small plane to Los roques. A flight from caracas to los roques is roughly around 150 dollars to 200 depending on the season.

@@StokeyNGoon Los roques it’s more for relaxing it’s very quiet but has the most beautiful beaches in the world in my opinion. Margarita has a mix of beaches, nightlife, restaurants, beaches so it depends of what your plans are. Hope this helps 😎🙌🏻

What is not safe is the country, it means main cities and some roads, still not as unsafe as other countries. If you keep yourself away from dangerous places you'll be totally fine and Los Roques is one of the safest places.
Now the real danger for USAmericans are cops and other security forces of the regime, mainly the likes of DGCIM who might rapt you for being "American" to make deals with the USA Government, it doesn't mean it will happen to you but at least a small % of that happening exists 🤷🏻♂️ but ONLY if you are from the USA, if not just don't mind it and enjoy without restraint.

You are talking bullshit. Yes the water is clean, that is all what Los Roques has. There is no shadow, nowhere. And if you come for a quick trip, you will not carry big equipment, like sun protection. There is , except the Airportr island, no opportunity where you can buy a drink, sun protection and so on. I would say, you don't know other islands.
