I just replaced my Ring doorbell with a Eufy camera after my Ring stopped charging even being hotwired. Ring wouldn't help me so I just junked it. Best decision I've made. Gonna replace my second ring with it as well.

For optimum motion detection, you may check the motion settings and check the speed of your current WiFi network. If youre ring doorbell is over 15 away from the router , you may be needing a chime pro WiFi extender.

The one that's supplying power to the cable that's going into the doorbell. Best to follow the safe isolation procedure before working on the circuit. If you're not 100% sure that there's no power going to the cable, don't work on it.
