I stayed home with my kids - it doesn't take all day to do things that need to be done. I had plenty of time to also work out and work on crafts. It's not hard. These women don't realize they need to cook and clean for themselves anyway, that shit don't count.

Thank You. I was fortunate to be able to be a stay at home dad when my sons mom wanted to go back to work. It was a vacation compared to what I did for a living. I got to spend so much time with my son which I hadn't when working because depending on the jobsite I would spend 3-6hrs just driving to & from. I absolutely loved being a stay at home parent & when I had to go back to work I literally had to prepare myself physically & mentally for a month before I went back.
How dare you tell the truth like that. I work from home, but after I drop our son off, clean the house, tend to the dogs, and later cook, I am mostly free. I train clients in between, so my schedule is flexible. Hubby comes home to clean home and dinner ready to eat or prepped, as he likes to cook, and homework is done.
These ladies are talking about how men won’t let them be traditional while they lost their virginity at 16-20. They weren’t ever going to be traditional. They just want to live off someone else’s money without having to do what that person says.
Let me help these ladies understand a regular man's perspective. Not a pookie or Tyrone, a real man. Every day, I get up with thanks to God. I wash clothes, dishes, and clean my own place. I cook my own food, get my groceries, and take care of my own errands. I pay all my own bills, save, and do my own investment plans. I don't need a woman to do any of that. I've been doing this for 20 years. Some years were terrible when I was young, and I was not in a good space. These last 3 years have been fantastic for me. I'm not an HVM, but I make 85k-95k after taxes. Most women now think the basic stuff is enough. My mother raised me to be self-sufficient, and I've been fantastic at it. Women aren't required anymore for domestic stuff, so what else you got? I don't even know if I want to have kids anymore because women just be so extra. I don't care about your degree, I don't care about your money. Notice how no woman ever mentions how she makes money, but isn't going to put it aside for both of you. You have to provide for a baby mama? No thanks.

I have 2 Labrador Retrievers, trust me the floor has to be swept every day. Even if we don't cook every day, dishes are washed every day. We live rural and do not have any name brand food chains on my island. Nonetheless, I have plenty of free time after I drop our son to school. If food is not cooked, hubby wants the meat prepped if he wants to cook, and I train clients throughout the day starting at 5 am.

Anton, I get what you’re saying about how you run yours. That’s cool. When I start my family I don’t want a house keeper. Hell naw, I was taught to clean up after myself. We all gonna clean something m. On Saturday mornings growing up, I was up when my parents were up. Before I could go outside and help my dad with cutting the grass I had to make sure my room was clean. This started when I was really little according to my parents. That planted a seed of pride. I understand he was the boss. Long story short I want my family to have that same / similar routine. I want to teach my children how to take care of things in their possession, etc.

Now my wife doesn’t have kids tho but with my job I was able to pay bill, rent n groceries then I started a lawn care business with pays way better than I expected. I’m booming too. Recently she tried to imply helping me is so time consuming that it’s preventing her from elevating. I reminded her that she works 25hrs a week n she should have plenty of time. So she went into the house work in which I questioned because she doesn’t cook everyday between me paying for us eating out or me cooking myself because I use to be a chef. I wear uniforms so she washes one basket of laundry a week. And I asked if I’m gone from 6am- 8pm most days how much could I be messing up n she have to clean? I’m sleep the rest of the time. Plus I typically order groceries online while I’m at work. She just gotta pick them up. She got quiet. I agree with Anton. My wife works when she wants n doesn’t when she doesn’t want to.
