The Werewolves of Palmyra
What was it that attacked the home of Eric and Shelley Martin one night in Palmyra, Maine? To the Martins, it looked like they were set upon by a real-life pack of werewolves. Linda Godfrey described these creatures as upright canines, a species of its own with the ability to walk on two-legs. Other people call them dogman. So what were the wolves of Palmyra? The Martins describe them as wolf-like creatures, capable of walking and running around on two legs. Did they encounter a pack of dogmen? It certainly sounds like it, they describe them as seven-foot-tall bipedal wolves with shaggy brown fur and glowing yellow eyes. Did they also encounter a pair of mating dogmen or a juvenile dogman attached to its parent's back? All they know if there were two pairs of eyes on top of each other, so either theory could be supported. Is Palmyra, Maine experiencing a thinning of the vail? Maybe. Because the Martins dogman encounter is just the tip of the iceberg. Residence of Palmyra have also seen UFOs in the sky on several occasions. Eric Martin himself also witnessed the ghostly apparition of a little girl in the same house the werewolf attack happened at. Around the area several people have also witnessed strange lights coming from the surrounding forest.

This farmhouse owner Eric is absolutely winner of the WORST DAD OF THE YEAR award. With his unbelievably stupid actions. How did he act to protect his wife and young daughter? By making rash movements running around the house flipping flood lights onto the dogman pack family of 5. Such a FAIL. All of which never threatened them directly, behaved like normal animals in this case. Even went to the back of his property to gather up by some pond. All the time Mr. Brain 🧠 (Eric) decides to startle them by leaving his family inside, unprotected and alone so he can rush back outside to rev up his car, loudly reverse into the driveway in a frantic panic. Causing probably the dogman parents (who he also heard yipping and grumbling communicating about what is this carzy human gonna do next?) sat back in defensive mode staring at this man causing a ruckus. This story sadly tells how majority of people are totally clueless about other life forms they encounter. Doesn't matter what they look like or if you find them scary. Acting like a damn idiot is unacceptable behavior for anybody. Especially a father/husband with responsibilities. Disgraceful in my opinion. Hopefully they learned something from their experience. Same goes for listeners of this channel. Goodnight everyone!
Yeah I feel like that was a super bad move to go outside, especially since they were moving away from the house at the time of his running out, and why have guns on premise if you can’t get to them without leaving the premise

F YESS, this is probably my favorite Dogman encounter story ever!😲 In fact, it's hard for me to call it just an "encounter". This poor family was basically held hostage in their own home! Can't wait to listen to your coverage of it!

@@wadewilson8011 , Yeah, those are all great ones! The first time I was introduced to the Palmyra story was via one of Linda Godfrey's books. The first TV/film portrayal of it I ever saw (and probably the first ever made) was the episode of Paranormal Witness about it. In fact, it's that episode that Mr.Ballen is using the footage from in his video about it.

I saw this on a show yrs. ago & I could watch that episode over & over! It was when I first learned of these Cryptids.. I never saw one BUT I must say I totally believed them. Talk about give new meaning to the word ‘Terror’!! 4get about the ghost girl, these things are truly more terrifying to say the least!

Ive been doing research about this encounter for a year straight. I live 20 minutes from the property and I went and checked it out yesterday it was pretty cool to be there.

I agree when they give an area a name like… Devils bridge, Devils Lake etc they do not realize that name have a meaning. I firmly believe this and I’ll give you an example when a person names their dog Chaos the poor dog will be chaotic and destructive.
I tell my family before giving a child or pet a name… look up the meaning of the name then decide if they still want the name for the child or pet etc.
