I got mine yesterday... I charged it up last night and took it out today.. I love the bike, but was a bit disappointed regarding the range. Everyone is saying 12 to 15 miles, but I could only go roughly 5 miles before the battery died.. I'm not a big girl.. peddling it home without the motor was a challenge lol.. it's heavy.. fortunately I wasn't that far from home when it died.. Anyway, is this normal? Should I call support? I got it to ride to work, but I'm about 5 miles from work so, now I'm not sure it's going to work for that
Where did you buy it I bought it from Costco so like the second time I went to ride it one of the wheels just kind of popped. And I just went to Costco and returned it without the box or charger they just returned it on the spot and I bought another one ( different model )
@@business773 I got mine from the Jetson website.. I've take it out twice more.. the range seems to have improved slightly, but I've had two flat tires already... sigh I love being a bike person.. so far, this is great 😳🤣🙈
Cruise control just puts the bike on all electric motor and you just sit back and chill. But it also unlocks the pedals so you can just like pretend like you're biking
The paddle assist is ghosting, how would i get to more resistant?

I see, yeah I haven't dealt with Jetson support so I'm not sure but I guess you can keep trying with their customer service
Mine only goes 15miles range with pedal assist

Hey got one, for me I go slower in the daytime and at night I be zooming so I think it's the road and weather also what does cruise control really do?

You can try resetting it
