Hi Alfred, you can use the HEA Profi tips with a standard Wagner tip holder (Wagner Trade Tip 3 tip holder). This way they would fit your ProjectPro 117 too. But be careful there are also Wagner HEA for the new DIY series (ControlPro series). There tips will not fit. Best regards, Stefan

Hi, thanks alot for the video it's great. I've got a few questions/requests for you. Are you able to go into a bit more detail, or point me in the direction of any videos you have that do, on the wagner tips that you showed that have the HEA marking on it with the soft spray technology.
Also you spoke of how the guards are able to work on all the guns, so what are your thoughts on say using a different guard with different tips on the gun of a different brand, this is something I might have to do as I've got a wagner airless sprayer but it's quite hard to find tips for it in my city, while we have quite a decent availability for titan and graco sprayers. Or do you know if any of the spray tips are interchangable with the guards of different brands?

I just recently got Graco TC Pro handheld sprayer from Home Depot and it came with gray guard and gray tip 514 - what's the difference between it and blue guard with blue tip in 514 or 515? Hi Deren thanks for this video, it is a great and clear explanation. I have a NEW sprayer (used once) that I won, but I am sure it is discontinued. It's a Milwaukee paint sprayer Model M4910-21. I believe the spray guard is a 7/8 ". I have 2 spray tips #619 and #310. I think the #619 is for heavier paints, and #310 tip is for finish applications. MY QUESTION is what are the available tips that you stock, that will fit this Milwaukee spray gun? Any other information you can provide will be appreciated.

      Hi,
      Thanks for your comment.
Unfortunately, we do not know and work with this brand. Best for you is to consult the manufacturer and check all thread sizes.
Guns/hoses threads for Graco and Wagner are 1/4" today.
Guns/Tip holders threads are 7/8" and so extensions are therefor 7/8".
      Thanks for your understanding.

    • @AirlessDiscounterInternational
      @AirlessDiscounterInternational  Před 4 lety

To clean the nozzle you can use a Nitro dilution or CHC (stripping). but that would also attack the plastic, so you would need to be careful when cleaning the metal parts of the spray tip only.
Otherwise simply insert in a Tip Cleaner. But you will need to check cleaning requirements for multi-component materials.

    • @AirlessDiscounterInternational

      Hi,
Please don't use any cooking oil for your machine. It is not a french fry machine.
You'll use some dissolvant you'll find in supermarket or DIY shops to clean it.
What important is for you to wash the pump inside with water after you used these products to clean the oil base paint. This way you'll protect you pump a little longer.

As far as the cooking oil, it’s an advise from Wagner to use cooking oil or 10w30 for long storage. It is written on the manual of the product ( 350 m)

Graco RAC V tips fit Wagner tip holder. Others as the RAC X tips do not fit.

Hello, the one question I have is: what will be the difference on the same paint type when using Graco ltx517 vs lp517. Please let me know. Thank you.

Hi Edwin, the LP tip has a softer spray fan and allows you to spray with lower pressure. Which should result in less overspray.
