Yes it's true in many high. Profile cases there will B lot of pressure from politicians but in the present case being discussed our Chief Minister has given a free hand to police officers to do fair investigation aa per police procedure and law
Thirdly its also the need of the hour in our country the cases shd B completed within a reasonable time but its taking more than 10 to 15 yrs even we hv seen 20 yrs old case being taken up now
So in any case especially criminal cases the witnesses may not even remember what actually happened so we need to hv more courts at all levels more judges more public prosecutors...
High profile cases should be given to fast track courts,it is responsibilty of government and judiciary to restore faith of people in law.If there is acquital in such cases crime rate will only increase in society,more people will feel they can get away committing any crime.
