Saag leaves should be washed 2-3 times only before cutting them and shredding them as washing them after shredding will remove so many beneficial minerals and vitamins from it.

One suggestion is, pl use wooden planks for placing and cutting vegetables, don't use plastic planks. Because some plastic material may go into the vegetables when you cut it.
