The reason they have their own "private fund" is so they can offset taxes for the donations they receive.
They purposefully did not push the main relief program because they wanted to benefit monetarily as well as look good to public eye. Why not just push it on their social media if they really care to help people? They instead use tons of funds that it requires to make a new NFP where 90% of the funds that were donated will never even see locals. It's gross.
I can keep going but the point is it's not all based in race, you are the one making it seem this way and I think you should do a bit of research on these celebrities you put up on a pedestal. I don't think the rock is inherently a bad person, but teaming with Oprah makes him look much worse IMO.
