It must be that switch behind flywheel. If it's not on top of little metal shelf , if its under it being held down by the mechanism then it will start spinning the motor for no reason.
Thank you - just heading out for the lonng weekend up here (BC Canada) on our boat. Will definitely jump in on this when i return. I should have paid better attention to how the switches were placed. The videos I did were not detailed enough unfortunately. Much appreciated. Tim
When you turn power. The flywheel shouldn't spin. Behind the right side of flywheel is a switch that might be wrong. Check that switch. Because flywheel should only spin when a lever is pushed.
