For context: there are people that chase down celebrities to get autographs to sell online. The kid here ran in the middle of the street in traffic to get to where Drake was at. He’s one of them that’s always in NY so I’m assuming Drake recognizes him. Those autograph dealers also get robbed often so he was telling him to be safe while he’s alone.
