I believe Andrew's quote is from Martin Luther King jr. "Love is the only force capable of transforming an enemy into a friend". The cast is right, we need movies like this.
I loved this movie being raised up just knowing that you dont ever cross the railroad tracks. One side was white people living on the intercoastal and the other side was black folks. It was wrong and now I love African Americans! They are wonderful people! 👍❤

The mention of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior is all over this movie. Both when Rev Kennedy speaks to his congregation and when he leads Burden to repentance and baptism. Did you and I see the same movie? An the point was also made many times that we are all sinners.

Seems to me the only people he cared about helping were people with the same skin color as him. After reading about him and his life, I feel sorry for him and the people he influenced with his hateful bias view of the world.
The film didn't lie about him, didn't depict him killing anyone or beating anyone, just showed the KKK work.
