    Amén, One of my first thoughts, "Forrest Whittaker is involved in this project. It's going to be GOOD!"

    I believe Andrew's quote is from Martin Luther King jr. "Love is the only force capable of transforming an enemy into a friend". The cast is right, we need movies like this.

    I loved this movie being raised up just knowing that you dont ever cross the railroad tracks. One side was white people living on the intercoastal and the other side was black folks. It was wrong and now I love African Americans! They are wonderful people! 👍❤

    The only person they left out was, the one important person, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior,
    that redeemed and set free that person from the klan and that changed his way of thinking. There's people patting themselves in the back like prideful sheep.
    We are all sinners,
    we are all lost!!!! We all need Christ.
    1st Corinthians 15; 1-4

      @marilynjones7203 Před 4 lety +1

      The mention of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior is all over this movie. Both when Rev Kennedy speaks to his congregation and when he leads Burden to repentance and baptism. Did you and I see the same movie? An the point was also made many times that we are all sinners.

      @@marilynjones7203 No it's not about the movie, it's about the interview; not one had the audacity to give honor to our Lord and Savior. If that movie was an expiration to them, they could have boasted on Christ instead of themselves.

      @@KJVPACKERS OK. I thought your criticism was for the movie. Have you seen it? And, you know, inspiration inspires all kinds of actions that we sometimes forget to credit to Jesus. I believe that the actors' hearts were inspired by Jesus to get the movie made.

    • @KJVPACKERS
      @KJVPACKERS Před 4 lety +2

      @@marilynjones7203 Lord willing I hope I get a chance to see it,
      But you said that the hearts of the actors were inspired by our Lord Jesus Christ that I can disagree, their actors they know how to act, Force Whitaker he believes in Scientology he is not a believer and thy other actors I'm not even going to bother looking them up and what they believe in. The movie is inspiring to stop racism/ hate amongst each other black,brown, and white. KJV 1st John 3:12
      Not as Cain, who was of the wicked one and slew his brother And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother is righteous.

      Wow. @KJV Packers - Being so judgmental will not help people to see Jesus in us. 😔 I don’t think there is anything wrong in the interview. And hopefully it will cause people to want to see the movie. It’s up to US to stop allowing division among us. Remember, Jesus died for all who will receive Him.✝️

    You didn't know john Howard so how can you judge him. He loved everyone.. He would give you the shirt off his back. He had a history yes but that didn't make him a bad man. This movie is false. Tell the full story you wait until he's dead to release it. That's terrible

      Seems to me the only people he cared about helping were people with the same skin color as him. After reading about him and his life, I feel sorry for him and the people he influenced with his hateful bias view of the world.

      The film didn't lie about him, didn't depict him killing anyone or beating anyone, just showed the KKK work.
