How to renew the Grab lines of Man overboard (MOB) Lifebouy

As per Solas Requirements for Lifebouys, at least one lifebouy on each side of the ship should equipped with a lifebouys light & self activating smoke signals.
Man overboard Marker or MOB need to be attached to lifebouy weighing 4kg with lanyard.
when there is a man overboard emergency the lifebouy and man overboard marker must be released. the actions must be taken without any delay to save the life of the person who has fallen overboard.
